Chat gpt can be useful for creating workouts as it has information about workouts in it’s memory.
If you have some equipment you can ask it to create a workout around that equipment.
If you have an area you want to focus on, such as upper body or legs you can add that to the Prompt (what you ask it).
You can give it your details like age, height, weight and training goals.
You can specify a time limit, warm up / down.
If you aren’t happen with the output you can tweak it each time by asking a new question. For example, remove squats and add burpees!
